The transaction flow
Consumers browse food products listed by FSSAI-licensed partner establishments — the standing listing is published at luckd.in/products. Each listing shows the price in INR, vegetarian / non-vegetarian classification, indicative items and allergen information before purchase, free of cost.
The consumer adds products to the cart — as demonstrated live on this page — and confirms the delivery address, or opts for pickup at the partner outlet. The cart shows an itemised bill before payment.
Payment is collected online through Razorpay, an RBI-authorised, PCI-DSS-compliant payment aggregator — via UPI, debit/credit cards or net banking. Luckd never stores card or banking credentials. All prices are inclusive of applicable GST.
On successful payment the consumer receives an order ID and live order status in the app. The partner establishment accepts the order and freshly prepares and packs the food items.
Orders are delivered to the consumer's doorstep through a third-party delivery partner with live rider tracking and delivery confirmation, or collected by the consumer at the partner outlet during the chosen window. Only freshly prepared food is delivered.
A GST-compliant tax invoice is issued for every completed order: the food supply (HSN 996331, 5% GST) is invoiced on behalf of the partner food business operator under Section 9(5) of the CGST Act, and platform services (SAC 999799, 18% GST) are invoiced by Santoq Technologies Private Limited. Invoices are numbered in a continuous series and available to the consumer.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, the full amount paid is refunded to the original payment method, and a credit note is issued against the tax invoice where one has been raised. The complete policy is published at luckd.in/refunds.
For any complaint relating to food quality or safety, consumers can write to support@luckd.in. Complaints are taken up with the concerned partner food business operator for immediate resolution, in accordance with the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 and regulations thereunder.

Specimen for illustration of the transaction flow. The itemised bill, order status timeline and delivery confirmation are shown to the consumer for every order.
Specimen with illustrative figures. Platform services (delivery and platform fees) are invoiced separately by Santoq Technologies Private Limited under SAC 999799 at 18% GST. Invoice numbers run in a continuous, gapless series per financial year and are reported in GST returns.
This page is the transaction interface of the Luckd platform, made available on the website for scrutiny. Online payment and order fulfilment will be activated for consumers upon grant of the FSSAI license; until then the payment step is disabled and no payment is collected or processed. All amounts are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable GST.
